Port Hacking Open Sailing Club is a friendly community based family club on the shores of Yowie Bay in Sydney’s South.

Since 1945, when the club was founded, races have been regularly conducted on the picturesque enclosed waters of Port Hacking.

Our dinghies race weekly on Sunday afternoons during the sailing season - September to April.

Club members race various dinghy classes and participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.

Currently our main racing classes are Herons and NS14s. For the juniors we have Optis, MJs and Flying 11's. We also have a small open class for dinghies that don't fit other classes.

Adult and Junior teaching sessions when we have sufficient numbers. Coaching can be arranged.

There are several membership categories including a Family Membership which makes sailing affordable and fun for everyone.

Membership is open to all levels of experience. Beginners both Adults and kids (>5yrs) are welcome.
